if you stay in singapore you can look in to Carousell website
Isn't the flap their to keep resonance down?
Or you can just get an OBD 2 extension for the mini 🤷🏻♂️.And have the best of both
on stock exhaust you can just pull the fuse if you want to keep the flap open all the time. takes 5 mins and car gives no error codes the car doesn't get any louder in the higher rpms but it has a little bit more volume in the lower rpms upon startup. its most noticeable in a garage even with the flap open, stock fl5 is too quiet imo

Does it overheats still after all the mods? How much laps can you do non stop?
1. The internal temperature is decreased drastically 2. Lap count depends on track, for us we use sepang racing track and its quiet long we do around 4-5 laps

in our climate (South East Asia incld singapore) where it averages 32-35 deg C days, my aircon is unaffected.
